Plano, TX
Our first child, Caroline, was born June 5th, 2009. She has completely rocked our world. Patty stays home to take care of Caroline full time. Reagan is a computer programmer at PFS Web. We met Jan 9th 2004. Patty's best-friend from high school, Dixie, slyly matched us up. In July of 2004 we moved to Allen, TX for work. We married Oct 29th, 2005 and moved into our current house in Plano the following April. We also have two furry children named Annabell and Oliver. We love to travel. Throughout our marriage we have taken some incredible trips. We haven't gone anywhere with Caroline (other than Tulsa) yet but we're planning a family trip this summer.

Glen Rose

This week we took an overnight trip to Glen Rose, TX.  It's about 2 1/2 hours from our house.  Glen Rose is a super cute small town with bed and breakfasts, boutiques, a safari park, a dinosaur fossil park (yes, there are actual dinosaur fossils there) and lots of other fun things.  We stayed at a bed and breakfast called the Country Woods Inn.  It's on an actual farm and you can rent out numerous different cabins.  There was so much fun toddler friendly activities there and it was very peaceful.  We've had a stressful last couple months with getting our house on the market and finding a new house.  It give an quick update on that......our house is currently under contract.  We listed it on a Thursday, Reagan flew to the Philippians for work on Friday and we had our first offer 2 hours after he boarded the plane.  On top of all that C got the croup and an ear infection.  It was INSANE!  That offer didn't work out but we had a few other offers and accepted one 7 days after listing.  We are out of the offers period and things are progressing smoothly.  Finding a new house has been a bit of a challenge though.  We've put offers on 2 houses, neither has worked out each for different reasons.  We are looking into a couple more options that we are really excited about.  Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers.

Back to our little trip.......we had a great time!  This peaceful trip together as a family was exactly what we needed.  Below are pictures of our adventures.

The goat pen was right outside our cabin.  We hand fed the goats every chance we got.

Is it just me or does our child look like such a big kid!

Christopher - the loudest goose!

Saying hi to the pigs and Christopher

Quaint bathroom with the stone floor and clawfoot tub.

I think C's favorite part of the trip was the breakfast basket!

Getting onto the girl for throwing rocks.

Hot dogs and smores!  When C was sick we have her several steam baths.  She thought the smoke from the fire was "healthy steam".  We had a little science lesson on the difference between smoke and steam.

The "Gasoline" sign.  Changed to "Caroline" in photoshop.

Playing in the toy mailbox

Yummy smores!

I want to steal this little table set.  It was adorable!

Excited face!

The next day we went to Fossil Rim.  Reagan and I LOVED it but C whined the first half then slept the second half.  We will go back sometime so she can enjoy it too.

The animals would approach your car looking for food.

Nice bangs

Feeding the giraffes through the sunroof.   My favorite part of the trip!
