About Me

My photo
Plano, TX
Our first child, Caroline, was born June 5th, 2009. She has completely rocked our world. Patty stays home to take care of Caroline full time. Reagan is a computer programmer at PFS Web. We met Jan 9th 2004. Patty's best-friend from high school, Dixie, slyly matched us up. In July of 2004 we moved to Allen, TX for work. We married Oct 29th, 2005 and moved into our current house in Plano the following April. We also have two furry children named Annabell and Oliver. We love to travel. Throughout our marriage we have taken some incredible trips. We haven't gone anywhere with Caroline (other than Tulsa) yet but we're planning a family trip this summer.

Doctor Caroline

I got Caroline a doctor set today. I'm hoping if we let her play with the doctor equipment on us and the dogs she'll be more calm when she goes in for her 15 month check-up in a couple weeks. I'll let you know how that turns out ;-).

Random pictures

Just thought these were cute recent pictures of Caroline that I would share.

Chugging her milk. She will drink the entire cup before coming up for a breath!
All done!

She looks so big here!
Watching TV.
Swinging her dolly.
Talking on the phone
Walking around the house.
She spends the majority of her day walking in circles. She loves her new skill!

Papa turns 65!

Tonight was Papa's 65th birthday. We celebrated by having Nana and Papa over for pizza and cake. Caroline's job for the evening was to bring Papa his cards. She was on broad to BRING him the cards she just didn't want to actually hand them over.

"I'm bringing them to you Papa"
"Here you go"
"Oh wait, I don't want to give them up"
"Okay, I'll share"
Nana giving you milk before bed
Birthday Boy!
Record Cake
Cary's Hits 1945

"Oh shucks! All but one!"

This is the way we brush our teeth

Caroline has gotten several new teeth within the last month. We thought it was time to start brushing her teeth. She seems to like it so far.

Cleveland Rocks!

Last week we went on our first family vacation to Cleveland. We spent the week with my brother Peter and his family: Michelle, Ceara and Ethan. We had so much fun with them. They made us feel so welcome and it was great just hanging out. We mostly hung out at their house just talking and relaxing.

Peter singing to Caroline

Elvis Baby!
This was at a really cool vintage toy shop.

Peter has a beautiful lush vegetable garden. He would use his veggies to make the most amazing fresh tasting appetizers. So yummy!

Ethan's band had their first live performance while we were there. Peter set up a stage on their hot-tub. They invited a bunch of friends to play for. Ethan even sang "Sweet Caroline" for Caroline. After the concert Peter set up the projector to shine on the back of their house and we all watched a movie. It was a really fun night. Reagan and I both voted it our favorite night on the vacation.

Love this picture of them. Their faces crack me up!

Brother and sister.

Michelle and me enjoying the concert with our girly drinks

Playing at their neighborhood pool. Caroline had so much fun playing in the spray-park, pool and playground.

Did somebody get a bite of sand?

Tuesday we drove to Niagara Falls to stay the night. We took the scenic route through Amish country. Niagara was a bit underwhelming.

See the Amish people in their horse and buggy

Laughing at the most adorable red-headed French speaking little girl that sat next to us at dinner.

Hanging out back at the Nario-Redmond's
Catching a ride with her cousin. They had so much fun together.
Ceara feeding Caroline and Ethan photo-bombing.
I love this! The sunglasses with the passy.
