Plano, TX
Our first child, Caroline, was born June 5th, 2009. She has completely rocked our world. Patty stays home to take care of Caroline full time. Reagan is a computer programmer at PFS Web. We met Jan 9th 2004. Patty's best-friend from high school, Dixie, slyly matched us up. In July of 2004 we moved to Allen, TX for work. We married Oct 29th, 2005 and moved into our current house in Plano the following April. We also have two furry children named Annabell and Oliver. We love to travel. Throughout our marriage we have taken some incredible trips. We haven't gone anywhere with Caroline (other than Tulsa) yet but we're planning a family trip this summer.

Our little PETA girl?

I have to tell you all this story about Caroline cause I think it's so cute. First you have to know that C loves animals.....a lot! Lately we're been teaching her the names and sounds of animals. What does a cow say....moo. What does a chicken say....bock bock etc.

Tonight for dinner I made BBQ chicken. I was expecting her to do what she normally does when I tell her we're having chicken; refuse to eat it. I still offered her a plate because that's what your suppose to do to teach your kids to eat what you want them to eat, right? She tasted it and to my shock ate the entire plate! She handed me the plate and asked for more. I got her another plate which she started eating. I said, "wow, you like that chicken don't you?" She looked up with this discussed face, spit out the bite she had in her mouth and refused to eat anymore.

I think she didn't want the chicken because it was...chicken. Maybe if we make up another word for the chicken you eat she'll eat it. Got any suggestions?
